All our Ceramics are dishwasher safe, however some items with Lustre added might dull slightly in the dishwasher over time.

Corinne de Haas Ceramics are suited for the microwave with the exception of items with Lustre added.
Extended use in the microwave might cause some crazing in the glaze to occur.

Items that are Oven-safe will be marked as such on their product pages, a few thing of note:
Items are oven safe up to 180'C
Temperature shocks might cause items to crack, thus always use a trivet when taking out of the oven
Don't place into water when still hot
Don't place hot food into a cold dish, allow dish and food to heat together.
Oven-safe items are not to be used under the grill of an oven

Online payments are processed on PayFast - South Africa's Secure Online Payment Gateway
As an alternative, Online purchases can also be made via EFT, orders will only be processed once monies has cleared in our account

We ship all our orders through The Courier Guy - This service usually takes 2-3 days from collection from our studio in Kleinmond. All shipments are tracked.
As an alternative your order can be collected free of charge from our Studio in Kleinmond.

Your ceramics will not be the exact item in the photograph, but will be from the same batch as in the photograph. All handmade ceramics has that unique, authentic handmade appeal, of each individual item being ever so slightly different than it’s “brother”
Limited "one of each" items will be the one displayed in our Online Shop

Our return policy is that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within a 1 month, and in the same condition in which you received it. Please contact us directly if you need to do this
